About Yard-cup
We make yard cups and shaped plastic bottles and little else. That focus is deliberate: a narrower range keeps the moulds, lids and straw specs familiar, so a reorder behaves the way the first run did. Buyers usually arrive with a launch date and a rough idea; our job is to turn that into a spec sheet before anything is moulded.

Company profile
Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China
Jinhua Yard Cup Plastic Products Co., Ltd. makes yard cups and shaped plastic bottles at a single site in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The plant covers 4,800 m² and runs with more than fifty people across moulding, printing, assembly, inspection and export sales.
The equipment list covers the whole route from resin to packed carton: bottle blowing, injection moulding, pad printing, screen printing and heat transfer printing all happen on site, with automatic packaging at the end of the line. Because the machines sit in one building, a colour change or a packing change does not wait on an outside supplier.
Work is taken on as OEM or ODM. Buyers bring drawings, artwork or just a shape reference; moulds, decoration and packing are handled in house, and a Merlin factory inspection has been completed. Orders ship to more than 100 countries, alongside long-running supply to food and beverage companies in China.
Sustainable development and environmental protection are stated company priorities, and shaped yard bottles remain the product line the plant is built around.

Every order starts from a written spec sheet, so price and quality compare on the same basis.
Inspection happens before cartons close, not after the container leaves.
Lead times and limits are stated with the condition attached, not as a slogan.
Milestones
Each step followed a customer request rather than a catalogue plan — kids cups after a school programme, steel tumblers after a gifting brief.
See the factory01
The workshop began with a single straw cup mould for local distributors.
02
Owning the moulds shortened the gap between a sample request and a physical cup.
03
Kids, large-format, sports and insulated families were added around the same lid logic.
04
Order handling adapted for overseas buyers: documents, labelling and pre-shipment photos.
