Moulding
Bodies, lids and straws moulded in house, with first-article checks on each run.
Factory
Moulding, assembly, inspection and packing under one roof. The sections below show what happens at each station and which documents travel with the order.

Four stations, in this order, for every order we run.

01
Bodies, lids and straws moulded in house, with first-article checks on each run.

02
Gaskets, straws and handles fitted at dedicated stations, not mixed into packing.

03
Leak, fit and appearance checks on sampled units from every batch.

04
Cartons marked to your instruction, photographed before the container is closed.
Quality control
Leak, fit and appearance problems are cheapest to catch before packing, so inspection is scheduled into the run rather than at the end.
Resin, silicone and steel checked against the declared grade before release to the line.
Hourly sampling on dimensional fit, lid seal and straw retention.
AQL-based appearance and function inspection, with photos filed against the order.
Documents
Tap a document to see what it covers. Copies are issued with the order pack; scopes are stated per certificate.
We send the catalogue, certificate set and factory profile together, so your compliance and sourcing teams review the same documents.
Who answers
The sales desk sits beside the tooling and QC teams, so questions on moulds, sampling slots and monthly capacity come back in one thread rather than three.
